Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Clinical expertise and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD) or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with nursing leadership to assess staff learning needs and develop educational programs.
• Facilitate training sessions on various topics, including clinical skills and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate nursing staff's clinical competence and create personalized education plans.
• Develop orientation programs for new hires to ensure they understand hospital policies and procedures.
• Coordinate continuing education opportunities and certifications for ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with quality improvement teams to address patient care concerns and enhance quality.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Keep staff informed about healthcare advancements, evidence-based practices, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain detailed records of educational programs and support staff in achieving professional goals.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to align educational initiatives with organizational goals and standards.
• Other duties assigned by Management.
