Job Title: Right of Way Records Clerk

Rate: $25/hr on w2 (Negotiable for right candidate)
Job Description:
Purpose:
- Review right of way documents, permits and construction requirements involved with construction projects; obtain land title information from courthouses, title companies and/or other sources; and process and track recording of easement documents with the applicable county agency.
- Review project completion reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide database administration, document preparation, FERC notification letters, completion package preparation, weekly reports.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 3 or more years related experience with a working knowledge of land rights and titles, survey descriptions and legal and engineering terminology.
