The Residential Surveillance Agent, assigned to a specific client, will conduct armed counter surveillance activities at multiple residences of high-profile principles. The Agent utilizes executive protection skills and experience to appropriately identify, monitor, and investigate suspicious activity, escalate safety concerns, and complete accurate incident reports. **Responsibilities** + Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. + Conduct counter surveillance activities and secure residential perimeters. + Identify, monitor, and report suspicious activity. + Write detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that warrants documentation. + Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns in a timely manner. + Respond to emergencies to ensure the safety of the client's executives. + Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies/failures. + All other duties, as assigned. **Qualifications** High School Diploma or GED with seven years of executive or residential protection, military service, and/or law enforcement experience.Requires TXDPS PST License Level 4, TX CCW, and First Aid and CPR certifications. + Concierge-level customer service skills. + Successful problem resolution skills. + Able to complete thorough and accurate investigations and reports. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Able to carry out responsibilities with little supervision. + Professional demeanor and appearance. + Computer knowledge; Microsoft Office. **Working Conditions:** With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions; + Regular computer usage. + Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. + Exposure to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area. + Rapid and effective decision-making during unusual or emergency situations. + Frequent sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. + Travel, as required.
