POSITION SUMMARY: 

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION. THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE WORK ELIGIBLE.

We are excited to offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus!

You will receive $500 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 180 days of employment, and an additional $1000 after 12 months!

As our Reservations Agent, you will help manage the front lines of our reservations and guest services, ensuring our guests will have the perfect vacation property and stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming reservation requests on various OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) platforms, phone inquiries, emails & texts in a timely, positive, and comprehensive manner.
  • Communicate information to confirmed and potential guests about the property, the surrounding area, and local attractions.
  • Work collaboratively with the reservations team to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Stay updated on property availability and rates to provide informed suggestions to guests and aid in their decision-making process.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality reservations is required.
  • Experience with OTAs such as VRBO is preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to using multiple guest reservation platforms and software effectively. Training will be provided.
  • Able to work with and understand multiple online software applications.
  • Able to communicate effectively with your Guest Services and Reservation Team members.
  • Excellent computer and internet navigation skills. Familiarity with MAC/OS is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: 

Hourly: $17.00 - $20.00 

Bonus Details: Bonus opportunity of up to $5,000 annually based on individual and company performance. In addition to an annual bonus, we are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
