Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Recruiters Sales Agents and Appointment Setters to join our team as an independent contractor. You will be responsible for sourcing screening and presenting qualified candidates to meet client hiring needs. This role is ideal for selfdriven professionals who excel in a fastpaced commissionbased environment.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools including job boards social media and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.

• Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a remote or independent contractor capacity.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Access to your own recruitment tools (e.g. job boards ATS and sourcing platforms).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection and workspace conducive to remote work.
