In this role, you will manage a portfolio of governance and control activities across a range of moderately complex or high-risk operations. You'll implement essential policies and processes while acting as a technical lead in key control initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new team focused on enhancing data quality verifications and developing metrics for governance and control frameworks.

Accountabilities

• Manage governance and control activities across business areas
• Implement policies and initiatives to meet governance guidelines
• Act as a technical lead on key control initiatives
• Develop and implement processes for data quality verifications
• Create metrics to support the Governance & Control framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk management

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, and control functions
• Advanced knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
• Ability to interpret complex business challenges
• Experience leading and executing multi-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytical tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Proficient in MS Office and industry-standard applications
