Summary We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - NICU to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this critical role, you will provide specialized care for newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), ensuring the highest standards of patient care and support for families during challenging times. Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill newborns in the NICU.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting changes and responding appropriately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate families on neonatal health issues and provide emotional support during their stay.
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

Active RN License, BLS, ACLS, CPI (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI), NRP and STABLE.
At least 1 year Experience in a NICU setting is highly preferred.
Strong skills in IV insertion and catheter care are essential.
Knowledge of hospital medicine practices and standards of care.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
