Connect Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Assistant with strong administrative or customer service skills to join our staffing agency in Stanton, CA.
This is a temp-to-hire position.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and oral)
- 1 year or more administrative or customer service experience within an office setting
- An outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality that thrives in a people-centered role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on results.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective candidates with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prescreen applicants and add pre-interview notes.
- Maintain the daily interview schedule by confirming all interviews for the day and adding interviews for recruiters as needed.
- Assist with calling on resumes and applicants daily.
- Assist applicants with completing employment application and onboarding steps.
- Attend the front desk and maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby.
- Answer phone calls professionally and transfer calls to various departments and/ or individuals as needed.
- Submit inventory and monthly supply list to Branch Manager.
- Assist in recruiting with the team as needed.
All candidates meeting minimum requirements will be invited to the first round of interviews, conducted by an AI interviewer.
