Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Talent Sourcing & Networking :

    • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
    • Use creative strategies to attract passive candidates and enhance talent pool diversity.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing :

    • Screen resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for client roles.
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Job Posting & Advertisement :

    • Write compelling job descriptions and post on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
    • Ensure job postings reflect the client's requirements, culture, and expectations.
  • Data Management & Reporting :

    • Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and job placements in the agency's CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the recruitment manager on progress, challenges, and key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, placements, etc.).
  • Candidate Experience :

    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and transparency.
    • Offer career advice and guidance to candidates, building a relationship of trust and professionalism
Education & Experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field (experience in an agency setting is a plus).
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to offer) is highly desirable.
Skills :
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .
  • Proficiency in recruitment software , applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
