Job Description

RV Sales / Finance and Insurance Manager

We are currently seeking an RV Salesperson with Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager background to be a part of our amazing team.

RV Sales Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to RV delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends

RV F&I Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract new business, sell F&I products and close deals
  • Generate finance income on all sold customers
  • Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
  • Contract or collect all money at closing
  • Seek bank approval on financed deals
  • Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
  • Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
  • Know and ensure all areas of Compliance are administered and adhered to

Requirements

  • Previous F&I Dealership Experience Required for Consideration
  • A minimum of 1-year F&I experience is preferred

Compensation

  • We offer a competitive Benefits package.
  • Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retail market.
  • Anticipated income range of $100,000 - $125,000 annually.
