Saint Dominic Village, a Senior Care Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering phones, greeting residents and visitors, and assisting in scheduling appointments. St. Dominic Village is a non-profit established by the Catholic Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. Our facility provides services to over 600 residents a year. Currently looking to fill 10a-10p days on Sat & Sun and 10p-10a nights on Fri & Sat. Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Greet incoming and current residents
• Direct and guide residents to their rooms or community center as needed
• Work cooperatively with management, staff, and medical team
• Communicate with visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• A professional appearance
