Are you a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina looking for more opportunity, more support, and more income? We have more pre-qualified seller appointments than we can handle—and we’re looking for motivated agents to join our team and start closing!

What You’ll Love About This Role:
• No lead chasing: We provide 2–3+ pre-booked listing appointments per agent—every week!
• High conversion, high income: Focus your time on listings and closings, not prospecting.
• Team support: Proven systems, scripts, and coaching to help you win.
• Scalable income: Top agents are earning $150K+ annually—and growing.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with pre-qualified home sellers • Guide them through the listing process with confidence and care
• Deliver an exceptional experience that drives referrals and repeat business • Follow up consistently using our systems and CRM
• Attend weekly coaching and training to sharpen your skills
• Host open houses (and keep the leads!)
Qualifications:
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Full-time commitment — you're serious about your success
• Coachable, driven, and fired up to grow
• Solid communication skills and a knack for building relationships
• Highly organized with strong follow-through
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
