• Complete Admin & Transaction Support : From listing prep to repair negotiations and closing coordination — we handle the busywork so you can focus on showings, listings, and writing winning offers.
• Step-by-Step Mentorship : Work directly with experienced top producers who guide you every step of the way — even before your license arrives.

Responsibilities:
• Build a strong foundation in real estate sales by learning how to effectively connect with potential clients through outreach, setting appointments, and preparing for future contract negotiations
• Focus on attracting and engaging new clients while actively working toward earning your South Carolina real estate license
• Maintain and organize your activity using our real estate CRM, ensuring client records are up to date and follow-ups are handled consistently
• Take advantage of our fully sponsored real estate school enrollment and earn the opportunity to transition into a performance-based sales role as you progress through licensing
• Upon passing your exam, graduate into our accelerated training program designed to help you become a high-performing, six-figure real estate agent
• Be available to receive inbound leads and meet with clients during the week and weekends, flexibility is key to your success
• Collaborate daily with our Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders to build skills and contribute to a team-driven, high-performance environment
Qualifications:
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends to accommodate client availability
• Strong computer skills and confidence using technology and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Sharp attention to detail and strong active listening skills
• Professional phone presence and polished in-person etiquette
• A respectful, positive, and service-oriented demeanor
• Natural persuasiveness and a results-driven mindset
• A growth-oriented attitude with a desire to continuously learn and improve
• Self-motivated with the initiative to take ownership of tasks without being prompted
• Coachability and discipline, open to feedback and committed to executing proven systems
• Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders
