PART-TIME CO-FOUNDER (INITIALLY EQUITY AND TOKEN COMPENSATION ONLY)

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide. 

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion of our anticipated public token sale in by this December or January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

POSITION: REACT NATIVE MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER

As a React Native Mobile Application Developer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable mobile applications that deliver excellent user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to define and implement innovative features, contributing to our mission of creating high-performance applications. This role requires not only technical expertise but also a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices. Your work will directly impact the performance, usability, and scalability of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile applications using React Native.
• Feature Implementation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Code Quality : Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Performance Assurance : Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
• Bug Fixing : Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
• Code Review : Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• UI Development : Contribute to the development of reusable UI components and libraries.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Proven experience in mobile app development using React Native.
• Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Redux.
• Native Development : Experience with native mobile development (iOS and/or Android) is a plus.
• API Knowledge : Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Architecture Understanding : Understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Problem Solving : Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Teamwork : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication : Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• CI/CD Knowledge : Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• App Deployment : Experience with mobile app deployment to app stores.
• Optimization Skills : Understanding of accessibility and performance optimization techniques.
