React JS Developer

Join our fast-paced, innovation-driven team as a React JS Developer , where you'll work on cutting-edge frontend solutions, modernizing applications, and delivering high-quality user experiences. We're looking for a frontend expert with strong skills in React, jQuery, and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly in eCommerce or Retail environments.
Role Responsibilities:Develop and maintain modular, reusable React components with strong performance and maintainability.
Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API) to manage application-wide state.
Utilize React lifecycle methods and hooks (useState, useEffect, etc.) effectively.
Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
Maintain and refactor legacy jQuery code for compatibility with modern React environments.
Use jQuery for DOM manipulation when required (especially for third-party library integration).
Implement event handling via jQuery or React, as appropriate to the use case.
Follow and enforce coding best practices , performance optimization techniques, and secure coding standards.
Conduct peer code reviews , fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Collaborate in Agile and DevOps environments, including pair programming and CI/CD workflows.
8+ years of professional experience in React JS, Node.js, and TypeScript
Expertise in Micro-Frontends architecture
Proficiency in frontend technologies: jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX
Experience in building responsive, high-performance UIs in an eCommerce/Retail/CPG domain
Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Multi-threading , and NoSQL/PostgreSQL
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools
Excellent problem-solving , communication, and collaboration skills
Experience in Junit testing
Knowledge of error handling strategies and fallback design patterns
Background in eCommerce platforms or customer-facing digital apps
