We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D Chemist to join our pharmaceutical research and development team near Elmhurst, IL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing new formulations, conducting research studies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize formulations for new pharmaceutical products.
Conduct comprehensive research and experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of compounds.
Analyze and interpret data, providing clear and detailed reports on findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, production, and regulatory affairs.
Maintain accurate records of experiments and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed on the latest advancements and trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
Strong understanding of formulation development and analytical techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
Salary: $75,000 -110,000/year based on experience and qualifications.
