QuickBooks Consultant – Remote

We’re hiring a QuickBooks Consultant to support our client’s growing remote team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong QuickBooks Desktop experience, project coordination skills, and a passion for working directly with clients. You'll handle day-to-day bookkeeping, assist with software training, and support multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide QuickBooks Desktop & Online support and training to clients
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, reconciliations, and monthly closes
• Assist with system conversions and accounting process improvements
• Manage multiple client projects and priorities simultaneously
• Conduct file assessments and help maintain accurate financial data
• Track time and maintain clear records in internal systems
• Collaborate with team members and keep project stakeholders informed

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of QuickBooks Desktop experience (required)
• Strong communicator with experience in client-facing or consulting roles
• Comfortable managing multiple ongoing tasks/projects
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Enjoys learning and growing professionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Personable and proactive—you keep the team informed and clients happy
