NIKA is hiring for a Quality Manager who will be responsible for the performance of all quality control functions for a Base Operating Services (BOS) contract for NAVFAC Southeast! Sites required will include Kansas City and St. Louis.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Primary duty and responsibility are to prepare, implement and enforce the Quality Management program.
The Quality Manager shall be on-site at all times when the Contractor is performing work during the Government’s regular working hours and shall be available on-site within 24 hours of government request.
The Quality Manager shall report directly to a senior corporate official and shall not report directly to the Project Manager.
Maintains positive relationships with field crews, contractors, suppliers, and owners.
Enforces and promotes safe work practices for all personnel onsite, per company safety policy.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, including the construction office.
Required Qualifications:
The Quality Manager shall have at least three (3) years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity. CMQ/OE Certification required.
Working experience with NFPA, EPA, TJC, OSHA codes and standards.
Can demonstrate good communication and organizational skills that are required for government design/build projects and for daily interaction with government construction management staff.
