Affordable Housing Property Manager (Temp-to-Hire)
Responsibilities:
+ Administer property policies following government guidelines
+ Screen and process new tenant applications
+ Manage rent payments and financial reporting
+ Handle resident communications and conflict resolution
+ Conduct regular property walk-throughs
Requirements
Requirements:
+ Experience with HUD, Section 8, or low income housing required
+ Working knowledge of housing compliance and documentation
+ Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
+ Full-time availability required
+ Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
