Job Description

As a Project Coordinator you participate in providing project management services for internal operational programs from initiation through delivery. Project Coordinators are the gateway to Project Management and Program Management, and manage all processes and systems relevant to the successful completion of project deployment. This includes review of technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources, and creating/tracking project schedules. This is an entry level position with a great opportunity to learn and expand your knowledge of Project Management. 

Essential Functions: 

• Contact internal customers to obtain dates for scheduling and assist with questions concerning order details. 
• Create project plans using Smartsheet. 
• Assist PM’s to determine assignments, establish schedule, introduce project information, fill out paperwork, assist with questions and issues.
• Update project statuses and notes in Smartsheet for project documentation and ad hoc reports and assist with project forecasting. 

Responsibilities:  

• The tasks this individual is responsible for can be non-routine and unstructured, requiring creative solutions. 
• This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems. 
• Obtaining and reviewing project closing documents. 

Interaction: 

• This individual must work effectively with both internal customers/stakeholders, Finance, Security, ERDM (reporting) and the technical team on assigned projects. 
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre- defined measurement criteria.
• Working with project team to ensure proper forecasting for revenue recognition and project closure. 

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 2 years of Project coordination or Project management experience is required. 
• Strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills. 
• Prefer experience with MS Project or Smartsheet. 

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may differ: $30-$47/hour
