Job Description

LaSalle Network is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a leading global producer in the food industry. This facility specializes in nutrition fulfillment in a modern production environment and is looking for a hands-on leader to drive efficiency and team development. This role would be on-site in the western suburbs of Chicago.



Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team to ensure smooth production operations
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging with associates
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards



Production Supervisor Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong background in continuous improvement and associate development
  • Hands-on approach-this is a role for someone who thrives on the production floor
  • Food or ingredients industry experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
