Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated team player that can assist in maintaining and growing our private label brand, TradeStar. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development of the portfolio, product pipeline, supporting databases, website maintenance, sales reporting and other defined tasks to support all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives on reports necessary to track and analyze business metrics
• Compile and summarize information using Excel or other tools
• Identify new process improvement opportunities
• Assist with generating reports and compiling data/information for ongoing reports (i.e. monthly sales, order points, inventory valuation, and others as required)
• Assist with other responsibilities or projects as assigned
• Provide general data entry support in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain pipeline data base for TradeStar products
• Update website to include new products, coming soon and all relevant product information.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience with plumbing or HVAC products.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Eclipse software
• Ability to learn new processes as needed.
• Agility to manage multiple projects and data sources, while adhering to timelines and expectations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Wholesale distribution knowledge
• Great time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
