Job Description :

Role : Product Owner

Location : Hartford, CT, TX, IN

Duration : Fulltime

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of Experience and familiarity with P&C domain is a must with
• Commercial Lines Insurance
• Personal Lines Insurance
• MGA / Brokers / Intermediary systems
• Professional Product Owner Certifications not required but adds value.
• Ability to work with the business and own business priority.
• Provide direction to Business Analysts on Features/user Stories.
• Own the EPIC/Feature workflow for the team.
• Lead meetings and discussions with business stakeholders.
• Ability to define business value in delivery.
• Create design documents.

Preferred Qualification

• At least 6-8 Years’ experience in one or more of the following skills -
• Scrum/Agile experience in a Product Owner role in an Agile Team environment.
• Strong collaboration skills
• Applied experience with large scale, complex IT projects
• Familiarity with multiple software development methodologies
• P&C Insurance domain.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint, Quality Center, Rally and JIRA and similar Project management tools a plus.
• Ability to partner with development teams that support various technology platforms.
• AI awareness
