Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer with a passion for continuous discovery. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our SaaS application. As a key member of a product trio, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to research, design, and optimize user interfaces that drive engagement and enhance usability.

 

The position offers a hybrid work model with regular in-office attendance required at our Lehi, UT location.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive continuous discovery initiatives, including user research, interviews, and experimentation, to uncover user needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and validate design hypotheses through rapid prototyping and testing.
  • Utilize lean UX methodologies to iteratively design and refine user interfaces based on real-time feedback and data insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of product marketing collateral and other visual assets to support product branding and design consistency.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform design iterations.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and learning within the organization, promoting a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
  • Act as a user advocate, advocating for user-centric design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in continuous discovery methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  • Demonstrated graphic design skills, including experience creating product marketing materials and visual assets for digital products.
  • Deep understanding of lean UX principles, agile development methodologies, and product management practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on rapid experimentation and learning.
