Functional skills: (Must Have)

  1. Functional Consultant with a specific ERP experience (mainly Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-business)
  2. Understanding of the Complete Business Process Flows withing Oracle Fusion SCM
  3. Very comfortable at the ERP tables or ERP data level discussion
  4. Strong understanding of the data flow across functions in ERP system
  5. Able to write/assist simple SQL Queries (including joins) to be able to extract, review and analyze data for design and data validation.
  6. Experience on the Modules: Warehouse, Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning, costing
  7. and Nice to have knowledge on Procurement along with Projects

Technical skills: (Nice to Have)

  1. Data Analysis
  2. SQL Intermediate skills
  3. OTBI report Analysis, SQL Analysis and SQL Extracts from Fusion Cloud
  4. Any design experience with Oracle Fusion cloud

Soft Skills (Must Have):

  1. Great communication skills
  2. Ability to lead discussions on requirements gathering, design sessions with ERP, BI and Data Modeling / Data Architect Teams
  3. Be able to work independently and across teams.
  4. Very quick learner (lot of opportunities to learn, unearth and grow in the team)
  5. Accountability and Ownership for completing assigned tasks.
