Position: Preschool Assistant – Support Children with Disabilities
Location: Richmond, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–2:00pm (30 hours/week)
Pay: $20/hour

Join a passionate team helping toddlers (ages 0–3) with developmental delays, autism, and behavioral challenges thrive in our early intervention preschool. As a Preschool Assistant , you’ll help lead fun, hands-on activities that build motor skills, support communication, and teach social and classroom skills—all in a nurturing, play-based setting.
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced Lead Teachers and receive specialized training in:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Visual supports (like PECS and visual schedules)
Lesson planning & classroom strategies
Communication tools and more
