Fetch! Pet Care is the country’s largest professional Pet Care provider. We are hiring full-time and part-time pet sitters. Compensation is on a per visit basis - our sitters earn anywhere from $17 -$34 an hour depending on the type of job. Position includes bonus pay on holidays and benefits.

We are especially looking for availability on weekends, but we are hiring all shifts! Fetch! Pet Care is looking for phenomenal pet care providers to join our team. We are looking for pet sitters to do dog walking and pet sitting assignments. This is a great opportunity for retired people and those looking for part-time work or supplemental income. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Walk dogs as scheduled; take them on engaged and attentive walking routes
• Ensure pet’s physical safety at all times
• Observe pets’ behavior
• Babysit pets, play with them, provide them with food and water
• Follow any special instructions or limitations that pet owners provided
• Report any concerning issues to clients
• Follow safety protocols according to brand standards and training
• Assess situations accurately, calmly, and be able to respond quickl y
  

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have your own vehicle
• Genuinely love and have experience caring for pets
• With a great personality, responsible and trustworthy
• Able to work in the areas we service
• Should be comfortable walking and controlling the leash of all sizes and breeds of dogs in all types of weather
• Able to be on your feet several times a day while dog walking
• Able to visually observe people and animals from up to 150 feet away
• Own a smartphone with internet, texting, and email capabilities
• Able to complete the Fetch! Pet Care training program
• Live in or around the areas we service (Plantation, Margate, Tamarac, Sunrise, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Davie)
• Able to pass a criminal background check
