Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Mechanicsburg and surrouding area Location: Mechanicsburg, PA & Harrisburg, PA surroundings Company: Interim HealthCare Position: Part-Time Starting Pay: $13.00-$16.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience) Job Description: Interim HealthCare in the Mechanicsburg, PA & Harrisburg, PA area is seeking compassionate PCAs to provide personalized care for clients. As part of our team, you will assist clients with their day-to-day needs, from personal hygiene to mobility support, ensuring they live in a comfortable, nurturing environment. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team that enhances the quality of life for every client. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Help residents with mobility and positioning, including transfers and exercises
Assist with household tasks like meal preparation, shopping, and errands
Provide medication reminders and basic medication administration
Monitor client conditions and report changes promptly
Ensure clients’ homes or rooms are clean and organized

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in personal care is preferred but not required
Reliable transportation to client's home
Positive references and background checks
