This is a remote position. Payroll Data Entry Clerk Location: United States (Remote) CityGreen Services is a leading provider of sustainable services and solutions for urban environments. We are currently seeking a Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Payroll Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and maintaining payroll data for our employees. This is a critical role as it ensures that our employees are paid on time and accurately, allowing them to focus on their important work. Key Responsibilities: -Accurately enter and maintain payroll data for all employees, including hours worked, deductions, and tax information -Process bi-weekly payroll in a timely manner, adhering to all company policies and regulations -Verify accuracy of all data entered and make any necessary corrections -Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries and provide excellent customer service -Work closely with the HR department to ensure all new hire and termination information is updated in the system -Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and analyzing data to identify any discrepancies -Keep up-to-date with laws and regulations related to payroll and implement any changes as needed -Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and adhere to data protection policies -Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by the Payroll Manager Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred -Proven experience in payroll data entry and processing, preferably in a fast-paced environment -Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, and regulations -Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with HRIS systems is a plus -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy -Strong organizational and time-management skills -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for numbers and data, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our team at CityGreen Services.
