Summary:

A dynamic personal assistant position is available to support a successful fashion entrepreneur, working 20 hours per week between her home office and warehouse locations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with proven ability to anticipate needs, work independently, and deliver comprehensive support. Strong knowledge of NYC and public transportation is required, though fashion industry experience is not mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Core responsibilities include duties such as steaming, tagging, and labeling clothing, calendar management, scheduling appointments (medical, fitness, etc.), making reservations, and running errands throughout the city. The role requires exceptional proactivity, as the principal seeks a self-directed individual who can function without micromanagement. Candidates must demonstrate a service-oriented mindset, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and a track record of making others' lives easier through anticipatory support. Recent college graduates will not be considered. Successful candidates will provide specific examples of their proactive approach and ability to identify and solve problems independently.
