Optometrist

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 to $155,000 based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and diagnose/manage ocular conditions
• Deliver routine and basic optometric services (vision correction, eye disease screening)
• Educate patients on eye care and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
• Manage a patient load of approximately 16 patients per day

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution
• Active Florida Optometry License
• BLS certification
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Proficiency with EHR systems and modern optometric equipment
