You have 4+ years of professional office management experience, preferably in a technical environment or AEC industry. You enjoy doing a little bit of everything – operations, admin support, event planning and some HR, jumping in wherever you can to help and expand your knowledge. How you’ll spend your days:

• Managing and organizing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, growing office – guest relations, admin support, process and document management, and light HR
• Overseeing front desk operations – handling calls and correspondence, greeting guests, and guiding vendors and deliveries
• Coordinating office operations, making sure the team has everything they need to get their jobs done – you are the glue that holds us all together
• Supporting administrative functions, managing calendars, meetings, conference rooms, project documentation, and HR reports and documenting SOPs
• Facilitating employee onboarding, organizing team building activities and recognition programs to foster a positive and engaging culture
• Jumping in to help wherever you can to maintain an effective organization where everyone can focus on their strengths!

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment, preferably a technical environment or AEC industry background
• Brilliantly organized, resourceful, and self-directed – your attention to detail is one of your greatest strengths
• Technically savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and office productivity applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment balancing multiple and simultaneous projects
• Naturally self-directed and resourceful with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
• Friendly, outgoing, engaging personality, driven to excellenc,e and able to set boundaries with a smile
