Nurse Practitioner -  Garfield Heights , Ohio

Compensation: $56 - $60 hourly

FTE / PTE / 1099

About the Job

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, managing treatment plans, and providing comprehensive care to patients. This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform initial patient screenings, including history taking and physical examinations.

• Update and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring data integrity at each appointment.

• Analyze test results and determine appropriate follow-up care or treatment options.

• Provide quality care while meeting company metrics related to productivity and efficiency.

• Offer patient education, counseling, and guidance for those with critical or chronic conditions.

• Work collaboratively within a medical team and follow directions effectively.

Qualifications :

• Preferably 10+ years of nursing experience before obtaining a Nurse Practitioner license.

• Holds a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio.

• Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) medical charting systems.

• Ability to work within a team and take direction.

• Strong written interpersonal communication skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
