Nurse Practitioner - Garfield Heights , Ohio
Compensation: $56 - $60 hourly

Overview: Nexus HR is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient care abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
About the Job
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, managing treatment plans, and providing comprehensive care to patients. This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform initial patient screenings, including history taking and physical examinations.
Update and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring data integrity at each appointment.
Analyze test results and determine appropriate follow-up care or treatment options.
Provide quality care while meeting company metrics related to productivity and efficiency.
Offer patient education, counseling, and guidance for those with critical or chronic conditions.
Work collaboratively within a medical team and follow directions effectively.
Qualifications :
Preferably 10+ years of nursing experience before obtaining a Nurse Practitioner license.
Holds a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio.
Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) medical charting systems.
Ability to work within a team and take direction.
Strong written interpersonal communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
