Hotel Night Auditor

Minimum 5 years experience in a hotel Night Auditor position.

Full-time role with excellent employee benefits.

Hourly pay range: $33-$34.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit all charges and postings, correcting work as necessary
• Answer incoming calls and assist hotel guests
• Reconcile daily revenue reports
• Process, format, and distribute daily operational reports
• Prepare reports for the daily operations meeting
• Check guests in and out efficiently, courteously, and professionally
• Process all payments according to hotel requirements
• Interact professionally with hotel associates, providing information to other departments as needed
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and compliments in a professional, courteous manner
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries using clear, positive communication
• Troubleshoot systems as required
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a hotel/resort position
• Able to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to assist with in-room dining orders and deliveries
• Willing and able to work overnight shifts (11pm-7:30am), including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with OPERA and Micros property management systems
