About Us

Link High Technologies is not just another IT provider—we are a people-first Managed IT and Cybersecurity firm with over 33 years of stability, growth, and trusted client relationships . We deliver end-to-end technology solutions that allow our clients to focus on running and growing their businesses.

While we’re large enough to support enterprise-level environments, we intentionally remain agile, collaborative, and approachable. Our engineers work closely as a team, share knowledge freely, and support one another—because great technology outcomes come from strong human connections.

We believe diverse perspectives make teams stronger.

The Role

As a Field Engineer , you will be part of our Technical Services Team, delivering on-site IT support for small to mid-sized organizations. This role offers variety, hands-on problem solving, and the opportunity to grow your skills across multiple technologies.

    • Networking equipment, firewalls, and switches

    • Servers (physical and virtual)

    • Desktop and productivity software

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with end users of varying technical comfort levels

  • Document work accurately and thoroughly

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting Windows desktops and basic networking

  • Comfort working directly with end users in a professional environment

  • Willingness to learn and grow across new technologies

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently on-site while staying connected to a team

Why Join Link High

  • Paid training and certification opportunities

  • Clear paths for career advancement based on merit

  • Leadership that values professionalism, flexibility, and work quality—not just hours logged
