Responsibilities
Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs, closing costs, and other important financial details to help prospective buyers make informed decisions.
Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, attorneys, and insurance companies to gather and prepare all necessary documents for underwriting.
Manage a rolling pipeline of loans, ensuring adherence to guidelines and timelines.
Collaborate with realtors, processors, and underwriters to facilitate a smooth transaction and oversee customer interactions from start to finish.
Review and monitor loan status, ensuring compliance with loan terms, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies.
Qualifications
Knowledge of various loan types, including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional loans, fixed/adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
A solid understanding of company loan policies and federal/state regulations governing lending practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with superb interpersonal skills and exceptional decision-making abilities.
Previous experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending is required.
Compensation
Earning Potential: $150,000 - $200,000 per year at plan commission.
