  • 2 Clinic Locations: Torrance and Koreatown
  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • Negotiable Pay with Benefits
  • Side by side with Dr/Owner, manage all clinic employees to ensure all processes, procedures, and expectations are being adhered to with the objective of providing high quality patient care.
  • Mentor and guide staff members to help them achieve their highest levels of potential
  • Ensure compliance of state requirements and licensure updates
  • Ensure proper medical records management and HIPPA compliance
  • Review medical billing and reports
  • Oversee efficient utilization of medication, laboratory, inventory, supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with vendor services
  • Manage company payroll, AR and AP

Requirements

  • Healthcare Office experience 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Knowledgeable with Medical Insurance Verification procedures
  • Experienced with Payroll Processing, AP/AR
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Good grasp of medical terminologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding multi-tasker
  • Ability to promote camaraderie in the office
  • Ability to see and understand the bigger picture
  • Great work ethic
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Professional demeanor
  • Willingness to listen and learn
  • Ability to speak in either Korean or Spanish preferred
