We’re looking for an experienced and upbeat Office Manager to join our thriving private dental practice! Responsibilities: Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently to optimize office flow. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with billing and insurance claims processing, including familiarity with managed care practices. Present treatment plans to patients Provide administrative support such as answering phones, greeting patients, and handling correspondence. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care. Utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively for documentation and record-keeping, including experience with Open Dental software Oversee inventory management of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for clinical operations. Ensure adherence to dental terminology standards and maintain knowledge of current healthcare practices. Experience: Previous experience in a dental office management and PPO insurance is required. Familiarity with dental office management principles and practices is essential. Background in healthcare management or medical administrative support is beneficial. Supervisory experience within a medical or dental environment is a plus. Team player quality is a must
