Medical Assistant Hiring Now! Job Description: We are hiring a versatile Medical Assistant (Floater) to support both front and back office operations at our Eastside location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being a key part of a collaborative care team. Location: Santa Barbara Pay: $25-27/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:30 PM availability (8-hour shifts) + rotating Saturdays Experience Required: Entry Level! Certification: BLS required upon start Responsibilities: + Coordinate patient care and assist in maintaining clinic flow. + Cross-train and cover roles including Patient Access Navigator and Referral Specialist. + Escort patients, take vitals, and update EHR. + Assist providers with exams and procedures. + Support chronic care management and patient education. + Ensure completion of standing orders and consent forms. + Provide referral materials and patient plans during visits.
