Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Booking Agent to book vacations remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for designing memorable holiday experiences for clients, from family vacations to romantic getaways. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to curate unique itineraries tailored to individual preferences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their holiday preferences, interests, budget, and any special requirements.
• Itinerary Development: Create customized holiday itineraries that include accommodations, activities, dining options, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, and local attractions to provide clients with the best options and rates.
• Travel Research: Stay informed about popular and emerging destinations, local events, and seasonal trends to provide clients with up-to-date recommendations.
• Problem Resolution: Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Help clients manage their travel budgets effectively, suggesting ways to maximize their holiday experience within their financial constraints.
• Marketing Support: Assist in promoting holiday packages and services through social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
