Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical support for On-Campus Interviews (OCIs) and summer associate programs
  • Manage candidate communications and coordination throughout the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews and manage calendars for attorneys and candidates
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including invitations, resumes, evaluation forms, and packets
  • Collaborate with attorneys to assemble offer packets
  • Submit and track travel expenses in coordination with the accounting department
  • Assist with Recruiting Committee operations, including scheduling and organizing bi-weekly meetings
  • Offer general support to the Talent Team during off-peak periods, including scheduling and ad hoc projects

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a law firm is required
  • Background in legal recruiting or HR within a legal environment required
  • Ability to quickly adapt and take initiative in a fast-paced setting
  • Open to candidates with a legal assistant background and transferable skills
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting legal recruiting, ideally at a Specialist level
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with LawCruit or other legal applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
