Legal Intern job at 18 under China, US

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior attorneys with case documents, including organizing, filing, and writing case summaries;
Participate in case research, collect, organize and analyze relevant legal texts, cases, academic literature and other materials;
Assisting in the preparation of materials for court hearings, including but not limited to indictments, defense pleadings, and lists of evidence;
Assisting in conducting legal due diligence and preparing investigation reports;
Assisting in conducting client interviews, recording and organizing the content of the interviews;
Participate in drafting and revising legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, legal opinions, etc;
Tracking case progress and updating case progress reports in a timely manner;
