About the Role:

Are you organized, adaptable, and excited to support meaningful healthcare initiatives? We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our on-site operations team for a large-scale medical screening project running through September.

This hybrid position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and is ready to jump in and support both behind the scenes and on-site as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate logistics and staffing for medical screening events across NY regions
  • Support event execution on-site (occasional travel required)
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with schedule creation, supplies, and troubleshooting daily issues
  • Monitor event flow and report data to optimize efficiency
  • Help ensure the team stays on track and aligned with goals

Who You Are:

  • A strong communicator and multitasker
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Tech-savvy with MS Office (especially Excel , Outlook , and Teams )
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or field operations (preferred)

What to Expect:

  • 40 hours per week (overtime potential)
  • Hybrid role: remote and on-site support
  • Saturday availability is required
  • Fast-paced environment with real-time problem-solving
