Job Description

Fantastic opportunity with a growing company. Pacer Financial is an independent financial wholesaling firm that markets financial products such as the Pacer ETFs to financial advisors and registered investment advisors. Pacer ETFs launched in June 2015 and has grown to over $42 billion in assets under management.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage marketing assets, such as print materials, brochures, flyers, business cards, images, infographics, graphics, blogs, email campaigns, short videos, videos, and supportive marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop visual concepts that resonate with target audiences. Design and provide all marketing material needed.
  • Design and develop landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries, including photos, stock images, and logos.
  • Update and maintain the company's website, ensuring all graphics and images are up-to-date and relevant with the initiatives across the company.
  • Work with front- and back-end website developers to ensure designs are fully implemented and optimized for user experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Strong background in graphic design, including color theory, typography, and production design.
  • Experience in web development and UI design, knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript a plus
  • Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems
  • Experience with Canva
  • Experience with videography creation and editing
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently on projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Position requires work in office 5-days/week
