We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is creative and driven to join our team. In this job, you'll help design and make visual assets for both digital and print media. You'll work with teams from different departments to create great brand experiences. Senior designers and art directors will be able to help you grow in this job.
Main Duties
Make and design visual content for both print and digital media, such as social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and basic layouts.
Use design software to help edit and touch up pictures, drawings, and other creative assets.
Work closely with senior designers to make sure that all projects are consistent with the brand and of high quality.
Take part in creative brainstorming sessions and share your new ideas.
Make sure that files are ready for print and digital publication by checking that they are technically correct and meet all requirements.
Keep a close eye on the details while managing several design projects with short deadlines.
Help with version control and asset organization in design repositories.
Requirements
Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or the same amount of work experience).
02 years of professional graphic design work, such as internships or freelance work.
Skills and Abilities: Good at using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
You should have a basic understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
Very good at paying attention to details and having a strong sense of style.
Ability to follow directions, take feedback, and make changes to designs.
Great at talking to people and managing time.
A strong portfolio of relevant work is needed.
Pay and Benefits
The range of annual salaries is $37,000 to $71,000.
