Job Description

Salary: $45,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:

  • I require at least 3 years of practical experience supporting macOS and iOS devices in an enterprise or educational environment.
  • Proficiency with Jamf Pro is essential.
  • Experience using Apple Business Manager, DEP, and the Volume Purchase Program is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of Zoom platform administration (including Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone) is expected.
  • Familiarity with Zoom Device Management (ZDM), calendar integrations, and AV hardware is important.
  • I need a solid grasp of enterprise mobile security, including MDM policies, MFA, and remote device controls.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • I value interpersonal skills that emphasize rapport building, active listening, and effective questioning.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent customer service skills are also required.
Responsibilities:
  • I will provide Level 2 support for PC, macOS, and iOS devices, including their deployment, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • I will enroll, monitor, and manage devices using MDM platforms (like Jamf and Ninja).
  • I will oversee the integration of Apple Business Manager, which includes automated enrollment and zero-touch provisioning.
  • I will deploy iPhones and iPads with preconfigured business profiles and manage applications and settings using VPP, managed app configuration, and MDM restrictions.
  • I will support Zoom Phone usage on mobile, ensuring optimal app performance and user training.
  • Monitoring device status, battery health, and compliance reporting will be part of my duties.
  • I will set up and manage Zoom Rooms, including scheduling displays, iPad room controllers, and AV hardware (e.g., Logitech, Neat, Poly).
  • Managing Zoom Phone configuration, such as auto attendants, call queues, and routing, will also be my responsibility.
  • I will troubleshoot audio and video quality issues using Zoom Admin tools and logs, as well as maintaining integrations with calendars (Google or Microsoft), room booking, and signage.
  • I will collaborate cross-functionally with network, systems, and help desk teams to resolve complex Apple-related issues.
  • I will create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles and train users on best practices for device use, security, and Zoom systems.
  • Assisting with asset tracking, patch management, and lifecycle refresh planning will fall under my purview.
  • I will provide first contact support for incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, and email to guarantee courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
  • I will handle provisioning and system setup for new hires and prioritize incidents and service requests based on defined processes to adhere to defined SLAs.
  • I will utilize remote tools and diagnostic utilities to help resolve support requests and will install and configure hardware and software components across various network infrastructure devices.
  • Monitoring SASE and EDR solutions (like Todyl and CrowdStrike) is part of my role, as is server administration via Active Directory, File & Print services, DNS, and DHCP.
