Salary: $90,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer candidates with an Associate degree in Information Technology or a similar field, along with at least one year of experience in a support-related environment. Familiarity with IT Ticketing Systems, especially Freshservice, will be considered an advantage.

• In this role, I serve as the IT support for all users affiliated with BSLS. I am responsible for preparing and assembling workstations and home devices. Additionally, I troubleshoot both corporate and home-level devices, including workstations, laptops, iPads, printers, and more. I also manage user accounts across multiple applications utilized by BSLS.

This position is crucial for ensuring that all primary duties are performed in adherence to the company’s policies and protocols, Joint Commission standards, Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA), HCBS guidelines, and the contractual obligations outlined by Community Mental Health Agencies and other regulatory bodies.
