Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives within the Inventory & Merchandise Compliance domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management methodologies, a strong background in retail operations, and experience managing cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects related to inventory and merchandise compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
Apply user experience and design principles to enhance system usability and effectiveness.
Oversee mobile application development projects and integrations.
Work with data science teams to define, develop, and apply models for inventory optimization.
Manage multi-application integrations and ensure seamless workflow execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience in the retail domain.
Expertise in mobile application development and user experience principles.
Experience working with data science models and multi-application integrations.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
