Ferguson is hiring Installation Associates to deliver, install, and remove appliances in residential and commercial settings. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. The role offers a family-friendly schedule, full training, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
Install and remove gas and electric appliances including washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
Ensure damage-free, accurate installations per manufacturer specifications.
Provide professional, courteous service to customers and on-site personnel.
Attend company-paid training and certification programs.
Perform delivery driving duties when required.
Qualifications
1+ years of appliance delivery/installation experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
Capable of lifting 70–90+ pounds with assistance.
Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude.
Must pass a pre-employment drug and background screening.
Pay
Starting at $25.00 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
