Job Description:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher programs.

• Supervise and support operations staff, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and agency policies.

• Oversee contracts, budgets, and reporting for program performance and compliance.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic program improvements.

• Represent the program at community events and meetings; manage community and client relations.

• Conduct program evaluations and implement updates based on legislative or policy changes.

• Provide guidance on complex cases, manage complaints, and resolve landlord/participant disputes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

• 5+ years in public or private housing management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of federal housing programs (HCV and PBV).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager/Rent Café is a plus.

• Certification in HCV Proficiency (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
